The Light Between Oceans: A Novel
I must say that this was one of my least favorite books of the year so far. It was a heartache from beginning to end. Had one small ray of light in the middle, and then sent you back down to the bottom. The story actually felt drawn out at times - action seemed to be happen, but after pages and pages only a short time had passed. It was a dark and troubling story.
