I thought this was a great book, but really, it's nothing new under the sun. Eat good foods. Don't eat junk. It does support the 6 small meals concept as well as protein/complex carbo combos for meals. I liked that it had a lots of little lists throughout that can help you remember things - like low cal/fat condiments. Recipes were so-so, but it's more my tastes. For anyone who has every dieted, this is a must read.
