Civil War at the Used Book Store
Since starting our Civil War unit earlier this year, I have been totally ate up with the Civil War. There are so many things to read about. After finishing "Killer Angels", I decided to head out to our local used book store for a look-see. I found some good things. I was tempted by the novels of Jeff Shaara as well, but stuck with these NF book.
"Touched by Fire" is a fantastic photo book that my 9 year old loves. They have a whole section on the navy's and vessels - even an old ferry boat converted to a war ship. Very cool stuff.
The obsession continues!
